Respiratory illnesses, including Influenza (flu), COVID-19, and Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) are on the rise in New York State.
Take precautions now to reduce the risk of respiratory viruses.

Attention TRICARE beneficiaries!
You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

FRIDAY, JANUARY 23, 2026 – 9 a.m. UPDATE: Keller Army Community Hospital will open for full operations at 10 a.m.

Keller’s facilities team conducted an operational assessment, Thursday night and this morning, and determined we could safely restore hospital utilities.

Keller Café will operate under a limited capacity – serving limited packaged food at 11 a.m. We do have a ‘for-purchase’ food/snack/drink machine on the first floor (near Pharmacy waiting room).

Water fountains will be inoperable (signage will be posted). We recommend you bring bottled water when visiting Keller.

Due to the water boil order on West Point, beneficiaries should let the water run for 30 seconds prior to washing your hands and use hand sanitizer after handwashing.

We cannot THANK YOU enough for your patience as we navigated this unfortunate circumstance. Your health, well-being, and safety remains our highest priority and were a factor in every decision. We look forward to returning to full operations and providing high-quality, safe health care.

USMA Cadet Care

Mologne Cadet Health Clinic

USMA Cadet Sick Call - for all cadets feeling ill and feeling unable to attend class/training that day.

The Mologne Cadet Health Clinic is dedicated to the provision of competent, courteous and comprehensive quality care directed to the United States Corp of Cadets (USCC). Care includes acute, chronic, preventive health planning, routine healthcare maintenance and coordinated cooperative care.

Cadet Health Clinic's philosophy also reflects the mission and philosophy of USCC and Keller Army Community Hospital.

" Soldier Medic! "

Keller’s Primary Care Clinic, a Patient Centered Medical Home with National certification (awarded in 2014), is called the “Crimson Knights Medical Home.” The Gold Team, working primarily at Mologne Cadet Medical Home, provides exclusive care to the approximately 4,400 Cadets enrolled to the U.S. Military Academy.

The Gold Team provides treatment for acute minor illness, preventive and wellness care (including periodic physical examinations and gynecology care), and routine care for chronic illness. Initiates referrals.

Appointments can be made by using the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal or calling the Appointment Call Center at 315-774-8200.

Referrals from your Primary Care Provider are a direct order and take priority over classes/activities.  However, it is your responsibility to inform your instructors/coaches/chain of command that you will be missing classes/activities, etc.  Any concerns should be directed to your TAC Officer.

INSIDE REFERRALS--SPECIALTY CLINICS AT KELLER HOSPITAL ONLY
This includes ENT, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Plastic Surgery, Allergy/Immunization. To make an appointment, call the Appointment Call Center at 315-774-8200.

OUTSIDE REFERRALS--SPECIALTY CLINICS NOT AT KELLER HOSPITAL

Your referral will go to Healthnet who will send you a letter within 5-7 days with an authorization number and a doctor’s name and phone number.  You need to call the doctor’s office and make an appointment, using the authorization number you were given

For an ASAP referral, call the referral clerk at 315-774-8200 (press 5 for "Referral Management") in 3 days, if you haven’t heard from them (for a STAT referral, call them in 24 hours) to make sure that they’ve received the referral and to receive instructions.  Be sure to give them your contact information (phone number, etc.) so that they can contact you with the appointment information.

After you’ve made the appointment, you must do the following:

  • Inform your chain of command and provide your TAC Officer with a copy of the Healthnet letter.
  • Contact your Regimental Coordinator immediately to arrange transportation to and from the appointment, as the Motor Pool needs enough lead time to reserve a car and driver (72 hours in advance).  If you are in the 1st or 2nd Reg, call 845-938-8686 or -2623; 3rd or 4th Reg call 845-938-3772 or -8674.

If you do not receive a letter from Healthnet within 5-7 business days, please call 315-774-8200 to check the status.

APPOINTMENTS AT WALTER REED ARMY MEDICAL CENTER:

  • You will receive an email from the Cadet Health Clinic, 315-774-8788, with your appointment time and date.  The email will be cc’d to your TAC Officer and Regimental Coordinator
  • When you receive the email, go to your Regiment Administrative office.  Each Regiment’s Admin Office is located on the 4th Floor, Washington Hall.  The Regiment’s Regimental Coordinator will coordinate/process your TDY orders (Outpatient only) and make your flight/travel arrangements.  You will be responsible to make your own hotel accommodation.  You must have cash or a credit card to travel (hotel, food, taxi/metro).  If a cash advance is needed, this must be mentioned early.

STAT or ASAP referrals to Walter Reed will be handled in the same way, you will receive a phone call or email from the Mologne Cadet Health Clinic representative.

If your doctor at Walter Reed makes a follow-up appointment for you or schedules surgery, etc., you MUST notify Mologne Cadet Health Clinic of the appointment time and date.
