The Keller Radiology Department strives to support the military medical mission while contributing to the understanding of health and disease using various imaging technologies which coincide with our continued efforts to provide exceptional quality care to our patients, and advocate cooperative support between other health-care professionals, facilities, and our sister services.

Patients who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant should notify the radiological technologist providing your care.
How to Make an Appointment
Patients should call after 10 a.m. the day after they see their PCM to schedule MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and Fluoroscopic procedures.
Patients needing a mammogram may walk in or call 315-774-8801 or 315-774-8812 immediately after seeing their PCM to schedule their appointment.
Important Information
For patient safety concerns, children are not allowed in examination rooms unless they are receiving the exam. Children under the age of 10 years old will not be left unattended in the waiting area. Please plan accordingly to provide a chaperone or child care prior to your arrival.

Referrals for Radiology Services
If there is a service(s) we do not provide or if a results requires additional outside review,
Keller's Referral Management team will assist with referring you to the required services.
An outside radiology prescription will be reviewed by Keller within 24 hours for verification of the order. Once verified, the Keller Radiology team will provide a schedule time.
Accreditations and Credentials
Patient Identification and Demographic Verification Policy
All patients must present valid DoD or VA identification and verify their full name and date of birth before receiving any medical services. Additionally, demographic information will be verified to assure patient’s information in MHS GENESIS is accurate and up to date.
This policy is in effect for your safety and to ensure accuracy of medical records.
All minor patients – over the age of 10 – are required to possess and present their own DoD ID card.
Patients who arrive at their appointments without their DOD or VA identification card will be sent to the Admissions & Disposition (A&D) office (Keller, Second Floor, Rooms 2E02 and 2E03) to confirm eligibility prior to being checked in.
Patients must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport to the A&D staff, as well as their SSN or DOD ID Number; their SSN or DOD ID Number will be used to perform a Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) check.
