E-EFMP
E-EFMP & Family Travel Process
Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) is an integral part of each community, working in unison with Medical Facilities, Department of Defense Schools, EDIS and Child and Youth Services, to assist in improving resiliency and the quality of life for families - adults and children - with special needs; simultaneously creating a positive impact on unit or unit readiness by assisting leaders to resolve problems.
The Enterprise – Exceptional Family Member Program (E-EFMP) system website is https://efmp.army.mil/EnterpriseEfmp/.
Soldiers will need to submit Family Member Travel Screening and EFMP enrollment request through the Enterprise EFMP website. The E-EFMP goal is to improve communication, know who to contact, track your documents, know when you are missing documents, walk you through EFMP until it is finished, and reduce frustration and stress.
EFMP is a program for both child and adult family members with any specialty medical or educational needs. The Keller EFMP office provides services for family members needing enrollment, dis-enrollment, updated information, and family member travel screenings.
