You may experience busy signals when calling the military pharmacy prescription refill interactive voice response system – or prescription refill line – Jan. 26 to Feb. 5, 2026, as the system is updated.  
Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the 
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332. 


SUNDAY, JANUARY 25, 2026 (5 p.m. UPDATE): In alignment with U.S. Army Garrison West Point, Keller Army Community Hospital is designated CODE RED on Monday, January 26, 2026.

All in-person, outpatient appointments at Keller Army Community Hospital, Brian D. Allgood Ambulatory Clinic, Mologne Cadet Health Clinic, and Arvin Gym PT, are cancelled and your respective clinic will call you to re-schedule.

Scheduled virtual appointments will be conducted.

If your appointment was cancelled and you have not been contacted within 24 hours of the CODE RED, contact the Appointment Center or the respective clinic.

Elective patient encounters, including surgeries, will be re-scheduled. Pharmacy, Radiology, Laboratory, Physical Therapy, and the Keller Café will be closed during a CODE RED weather designation.

The Emergency Room will remain open. If you have an emergency, it is recommended you call 9-1-1.
