Primary Care
Services Provided
West Point Market/Keller Army Community Hospital’s Primary Care Clinic; including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, and Dermatology, provides primary care to all TRICARE PRIME patients enrolled to their clinic, and to non-enrolled patients as space permits.
Treatment for acute minor illness, preventive and wellness care, routine care for chronic illness, and referrals are provided, Frequent procedures include pelvic exams, pulmonary function testing, EKGs, and various minor surgeries. Registered Nurses provide information to patients via telephone as appropriate.
Primary Care at DHA's West Point Market consists of two Patient Centered Medical Homes (PCMH), both with National certification (awarded in 2014). The "Crimson Knights Medical Home" consists of the following two teams -
RED TEAM and
BLUE TEAM - located on the first floor of the Brian D. Allgood Ambulatory Clinic at KACH:
The Red Team - a combination of Pediatricians and Family Medicine Providers. All children enrolled to Keller are assigned to the Red Team.
The Blue Team - a combination of Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Providers caring only for the adult and geriatric patients. Our aviators will be assigned to this clinic.
The second PCMH is the "Mologne Cadet Medical Home," located in Building 606, adjacent to the U.S. Military Academy barracks, consisting of the
The Gold Team - Exclusively providing care to the approximately 4,400 Cadets enrolled to the U.S. Military Academy.

Q-Anywhere is a new way to request an appointment, at Keller Army Community Hospital, from the convenience of your phone. The following appointments can be scheduled:
- Pharmacy – new or refill prescriptions and ScriptCenter refills.
- Primary Care – schedule primary care appointments.
- Specialty Clinics – scheduled appointments for women’s health, hearing readiness, and optometry.
- Cadet Health – schedule appointments for Mologne Cadet Health Clinic (USMA Cadets only).

Patient Identification and Demographic Verification Policy
All patients must present valid DoD or VA identification and verify their full name and date of birth before receiving any medical services. Additionally, demographic information will be verified to assure patient’s information in MHS GENESIS is accurate and up to date.
This policy is in effect for your safety and to ensure accuracy of medical records.
All minor patients – over the age of 10 – are required to possess and present their own DoD ID card.
Patients who arrive at their appointments without their DOD or VA identification card will be sent to the Admissions & Disposition (A&D) office (Keller, Second Floor, Rooms 2E02 and 2E03) to confirm eligibility prior to being checked in.
Patients must provide a valid government-issued ID or passport to the A&D staff, as well as their SSN or DOD ID Number; their SSN or DOD ID Number will be used to perform a Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS) check.
Inclement Weather Policy
If the greater West Point area is experiencing inclement weather, Keller Army Community Hospital will provide information on the Internet homepage banner and on the
Keller Army Community Hospital Facebook page.
On
CODE RED inclement weather days, the hospital will be closed, and all appointments will be cancelled during the designated
CODE RED period. All appointments can be re-scheduled through the Appointment Call Center at 844-249-7034, or through the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.
Any patient requiring emergent care should go to the Emergency Room, which is open 24 hours. USMA and USMAPS sick call hours will still be available on Code Red days.
