The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Walk-in Contraceptive Services

You can get all your contraceptive care in one place at our Contraceptive Care Walk-in Clinic.

All beneficiaries are eligible for care and counseling at walk-in contraceptive clinics and can receive education on safe sexual practices, contraceptives, and STI prevention and treatment.

The clinic is located at Keller Army Community Hospital's Multi-Specialty Clinic, Tuesday 1 p.m. - 3 p.m., and Thursday, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Call 315-774-8507 for more information.
