JANUARY 22, 2026 – 1745 UPDATE: Keller Army Community Hospital will make an operational assessment on Friday morning, January 23, 2026.

The decision to return to full operations will depend on the restoration of hospital utilities. The restoration of hospital utilities will depend on the repair of the water main break.

  • * Friday surgeries have been cancelled. Beneficiaries scheduled for surgery will be contacted and the procedure will be re=scheduled.
  • * Friday morning Primary Care appointments will be re-scheduled for virtual appointments or to a later date. Friday afternoon appointments are still scheduled (in-person) but are subject to change pending restoration of hospital utilities.
  • * A decision on Pharmacy, Radiology, and Laboratory departments will be made Friday morning pending restoration of hospital utilities. If these services are closed, contingency plans will be put in place.
We sincerely apologize to all our beneficiaries for the sudden suspension of hospital services. It is unfortunate that the water main break has impacted our facilities and the service we provide. We understand the significant inconvenience and concern this causes, and we want to assure you that we are working diligently to restore full services as safely and quickly as possible. Your health and well-being remain our highest priority, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time.

We will provide an update on the hospital status on Friday morning.
