The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Keller hosts advanced neuromusculoskeletal course to improve warfighter care

Keller Army Community Hospital hosted the 2025 Col. Douglas A. Kersey Advanced Clinical & Operational Practice Course, which is part of the MEDCoE (US Army Medical Center of Excellence) Post-Professional Short Course Series, on August 4-8, 2025. Participants - including members from the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and the U.S. Public Health Service - received an advanced understanding of evidence-based practices, from the clinic to the battlefield, equipping them to meet the unique demands of military healthcare in today's evolving strategic environment.
