MSG Harold L. Phillips III was born and raised on the island of Galveston, Texas. He entered the United States Army in November of 2007 as a 92F, Petroleum Supply Specialist, and completed BCT at Ft Jackson, SC. Then reclassed by completing the 68W, Combat Medic AIT at Fort Sam Houston, TX in 2012.
