CSM Richard W. Chandler is a native of White River Junction, Vermont. He entered the United States Army in August of 1991 as a 98G, Russian Linguist, and completed BCT at Ft Leonard Wood, MO. After a break in service, he completed 91B, Combat Medic AIT at Fort Sam Houston, TX in 1999.
