About Us

MAJ Andrew W. Neubecker

Maj. Andrew W. Neubecker is the Deputy Commander for Administration at Keller Army Community Hospital where he is responsible for the strategic plan development and execution as well as the administrative functions within the organization that support the readiness of the force.  
 
He graduated from Cedarville University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science and was commissioned in the Medical Service Corps. In 2021, he earned a Master of Health Administration and Master of Business Administration from the Army-Baylor University Graduate Program in Health and Business.
 
He was first assigned as the Medical Operations Officer for 1st Battalion, 64th Armor Regiment at Fort Stewart, Georgia in 2010. He deployed with the unit to Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, in 2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2013, he was assigned as the Executive Officer for Company C, 26th Brigade Support Battalion at Fort Stewart. In 2015, He became the Officer-in-Charge of the U.S. Army Medical Recruiting Station in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2017, he assumed command of the Atlanta Medical Recruiting Company, responsible for recruiting healthcare professionals in Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.
 
He completed the Army-Baylor Graduate Program in Health and Business didactic phase in San Antonio, Texas in 2019, then was assigned to Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) at Fort Carson, Colorado for the residency phase of the program. He also served his utilization tour at EACH as the Chief of Healthcare Operations before being assigned as the Executive Officer for the Medical Readiness Battalion, a role he served in until he was assigned to Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point in 2025.
 
MAJ Neubecker’s military awards include the Meritorious Service Medal with one oak leaf cluster, Army Commendation Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Army Achievement Medal with one oak leaf cluster, Afghanistan Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Commendation, Army Superior Unit Award, Army Recruiter Badge, and Military Mountaineer Badge.
